From Peters Cartridge Factory to Big Walnut Local Schools: Partnership in Newly Constructed and Renovated Facilities
TP Mechanical is
a long-standing partner of ours. Through the years we’ve been responsible for
safeguarding the water in a number of their new construction and newly
renovated facilities, ranging from schools to office builds, along with
commercial real estate space and apartments. You can read about some of these
exciting projects below.
While it may not be the most glamorous part of new construction or an older site’s restoration – in fact, visitors and residents likely aren’t even going to know our work exists – it is a critical part of public health and ensuring water safety. For these, and all of our jobs, we follow American Water Works Association (AWWA) standards to disinfect the potable piping. We return 24 hours later to gather samples and send them to an independent laboratory to validate the disinfection process was successful.
These steps are critical in preventing Legionella outbreaks and inhibiting other bacteria growth in potable water sources. We play just a small part in the overall construction and renovation process, but we know how critical safe guarding water is. Our team is committed to continued learning – so our partners are receiving the best and most up-to-date services and can be assured that their projects align with federal, state, and local regulations.
We’ve delivered proven systems to protect against Legionella since 1999, and we’re happy to bring our expertise to projects throughout Ohio. On these projects, our success is defined by one thing: healthy water.
We’re a long-term teammate to clients, providing prompt service and support in the complex world of water management, including both water treatment and safety. Are you looking for an experienced, and trusted water management team? Let’s chat.
